About ECHO Devo

ECHO Devo is a development team designed for both aspiring long-course professionals and current elite age-group (AG) athletes. We offer a platform built by athletes, backed by decades of professional racing and coaching experience. Our goal is to bridge the gap between age-group and professional racing, providing the essential support for athletes to make that leap - from Podiums at Age-Group National/World Championships, to aspiring professional triathletes.

Our platform connects serious athletes to world-class coaching, comprehensive support systems, and the structured environment needed to make the leap to professional racing.

Team Founder, Professional Triathlete & Elite Coach

16x 70.3 winner, 4x Ironman winner, 8th at Ironman World Championship. Angela brings unparalleled racing experience combined with her Master's in Health Science and Physical Therapy background.

Her balance between elite competitor to world-class coach gives her unique insight into what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of long-course racing.

Tim Snow

Elite Endurance Coach, QT2 Systems

With over 20 years of coaching experience spanning from ambitious age groupers to world championship contenders, Tim has developed a systematic approach that consistently produces results.

His expertise in periodization, race strategy, and athlete development has guided countless athletes through successful transitions to professional racing.

Team selection announced by September 1, followed by comprehensive onboarding and gear distribution.

Train & Race

Begin structured training with full team support, competing in targeted events throughout the season.

  • USA or Canadian-based athletes
  • Triathletes in Olympic, 70.3 or Full Distance racing
  • Recently received or actively pursuing pro/elite card, and/or top tier podium AG athletes in
  • Committed, coachable mindset
  • Ready to embrace team culture

We seek athletes who demonstrate not just physical potential, but the mental fortitude and dedication required for professional racing success.

What We Expect

  • 1-2 year commitment to Echo Devo coaching
  • Wear team kit and use team gear in all races
  • Active participation in team activities and check-ins

How many athletes are selected?

We select 6-10 athletes for the 2026 season, ensuring each receives personalized attention and comprehensive support.

Can I keep my current coach?

Coaching is exclusive to Echo Devo during your contract period. This ensures consistent methodology and optimal athlete development.

Are travel and races covered?

We provide pro deals and some free gear. Most race entries and travel are athlete responsibility unless specifically covered by sponsorship agreements.

What's the timeline?

Team selections announced by October 1, 2025. The season begins immediately after onboarding and gear distribution.
